Tonight, my feelings are a bit bashed up. After having a good night, one conversation just destroyed me. Now, I've this sinking feeling within me. It's like a dull ache... I can't describe these sort of things very well, but I know I don't like this. I hope this doesn't happen again. I can't think of anything else that would be more upsetting.
I'm going to lay down on my bed, listen to the piano and think for a while. If sleep takes me, I'll welcome it...
