I decided to make my way to Mt. Pisgah in hopes that I could get a good hike in and skip the rain. It was a success on both accounts. What a great evening :)

Just Another Day Hike
I went on a short day hike with my friends Aaron and Jonathan. After an hour or so we got to the view point. We may or may not have acted out a couple Lord of the Rings scenes. Haha.

Day Hike
Today I went on another hike. I was alone again, but it was still adventurous and fun. I think I found a way for me to hike on the train tracks throw the mountains. I'm going to try and go this weekend and spend 1 or 2 nights out there. It will be the first time I will use my adventure journal.

Above, hour is kept and idly passed
Below, green beds grow, where we shall well lie

Burdens of the day let go, pushed away
Familiar sights and sounds, our thoughts met
